On 6 and 7 June at Kutno the first Congress of the Francis de Sales Scientific Society (TNFS), was held with the aim of promoting an exchange between Salesians engaged in the academic world in Poland.

Executive Committee Meeting was hold in the Salesian house in Lomianki on November 14th. The Committee decided that the First Annual TNFS Meeting will take place in Kutno on June 8th, 2008. The TNFS will also organize a conference to celebrate edition of 25th issue of our periodical "Seminare. Scientific Investigations" and initiation of our scientific society. The conference will take place in Salesian seminary in Lad on October 24th, 2008.

Association of Salesian Historians (ACSSA) and Salesian Historical Institute (ISS) under the auspices of the TNFS are organizing international congres in Cracow from October 31st until November 4th 2007. The issue of Salesian education will be presented by a number of specialists from many countries.

Founding Committee of The Francis de Sales Scientific Society (TNFS) presented documents to the court on Jun 13th to register the Society. Hopefully in a couple of weeks the legal authorities will make the decision and The TNFS will be officially recognized by the law of the Republic of Poland.
